you come up with some doozy thread topics....just like the iceman.
not even sure what this question means, but i'll say:
Chris Carpenter and Roy Halladay.
2 of the best pitchers in the game....both dominate with multiple # of pitches. would consider them 1 and 1a in baseball. Jays prob wish they had carp back...be the best 1-2 in baseball.
I'll pull some stats.
2009:
Carp- 12starts, 2.32 ERA, 77.2 IP, 11 BBs, 58K's, WHIP of 0.82, 6.1h/9 1.3BBs/9
WHIP & hits/9 lead NL. Walks/9 have to be 2nd
Doc-- 17starts, 2.79 ERA, 116 IP, 17 BBs, 98K's, WHIP of 1.086, 8.5h/9ip 1.3BBs/9
His BB/9 leads AL as does his 10 wins.
Carp makes 10.5M was 15th pick by blue jays in 93
Halladay 10M was 17th pick by blue jays in 95
