Does anyone follow Statfox's situational trends for each game?

I usually look at them every day, but I don't base my plays off of them. I know that last night there was a system that applied to the Texas/LAA game, and also the Balt/Seattle game. The trend was the exact same for both games, which is uncommon to see in one night. It said to play against the home favorite after they win 4 or 5 of their last 6 games, and then one other criteria. The record for playing against these home team favorites was 117-110, which is %51.5. But, thats hitting %51.5 on pretty big sized dogs. %90 of people were on the Angels, and %99 were on the Mariners; even though the line opened and closed the same, too.

Therefore, last night you would have had:

Texas +155
Baltimore +130

It crossed my mind to post this last night because I figured if that 'super system' was hitting at just over %50 on good sized dogs, that would mean that if you bet both of these plays last night, there was a pretty good chance you could go 1-1 and be up money. It went 2-0, which would be up 2.85 units.

Anyways, just asking if anybody has been following these this year? Are they typically profitable? I would assume they are because they give systems that are hitting at about %50-60 on dogs, and %60-75 on favorites.

-But alot of the time, the systems they give seem to be so irrelevant.
Example:

Play Against:
All favorites with a money line of -125 to -175 (BOSTON)
average hitting team (AVG = .265 to .279) against a decent starting pitcher (ERA=4.20 to 4.70) -AL, playing on Wednesday

28-16 since 1997.
63.6% (22.6 units)

Therefore, take Oakland tonight. This system is hitting BIG dogs at %63.

Alright no comments. I'll just post all the plays and keep track of the record as long as someone wants to help out. Then we'll know if it's good.

a couple years ago i did pro basketball, i would look at the current season and the long term, and would look for games that would have both sides having some crazy trend and i would write it down to track. i can't remember off hand but it i seem to remember it was right around 50%.
I also remember tracking tracking all the games they would put a green star by, and it was during the time when college and pro B-ball and college and pro football and hockey was going on, i would track all their green star plays and i think it was barely over 50% for about a month that i tracked it.

what's crazy about those trends that they show, is that, or at least to me, they're almost always contradicting each other. you'll have team A is 9-1 on tuesdays and team B is 3-11 on tuesdays, but then team A is 1-6 after a loss and team B is 8-0 after losing by 2 or more runs, then team A is this or that , then team B is this or that.
Basically what i'm trying to say is that it is hard to find a matchup with 2 teams that have great trends going one way or the other and you can see an overwheling trend to choose just ONE. it usually is that the trends are balanced out.

I created a new thread with today's plays in it. I am talking about Statfox.com, Click MLB match-ups. It's just free scenarios that they put up on the side of the match-up pages. I don't have a subscription there or anything, its just free to see. I'll post in the thread to bump it and you guys can take a look. I just think it is interesting sometimes when everyone on the forum is loving the Angels and the Mariners last night, and Statfox said take the opposites, and they hit...
