I'm a new poster, longtime lurker. Really enjoy ACE-ACE's work, and that nice run Randizzle was on during football! :money8:

Baseball sure has been up and down for me this year, and I'm tired of losing on favorites and runlines because I didn't want to pay for the expensive juice. Plus I feel like we are in the dog days of summer, ya know?

So I thought I'd start something where I bet only moneyline underdogs. Just want to keep a record on this thread of how things are going. I normally won't be playing a lot of games, just a few each day.

Play for today:

Atlanta's pen couldn't get the job done on the road. Oh well, can't win them all.

Today's card:

Tough couple of days. The Brew Crew let me down, but there is a reason why the Dodgers lead MLB in comeback wins.

Here's hoping for some winners:

CLE +113

Nice overall day for dogs. The Bravos and Indians did try and lose it though, but I'll take the 2-0 day.

Here's hoping for some winners:

Nice couple of days strung together. Almost sweated the Oakland play, with Anderson not making it very far into that one. He's going to be a great one of these days! No plays most likely until after the All-Star break.

Glad the All-Star game is over. I'm not a fan of the winner receiving home field advantage. It robbed Tim Wakefield of pitching, and Victor Martinez of an at-bat. I did, however, enjoy seeing guys take quality hacks and being aggressive. If I remember correctly, 10 pitchers had innings of less than 10 pitches! Good luck seeing that in the regular season!

Here's hoping for some winners:

SEA +180

Cliff Lee leads the league is losses, and the M's handed him that W, playing their worst baseball all year. San Diego got spanked. Not much to that one.

Today's plays:
WAS +120
FLA +118
MIN +113
KC +125

milwaukee is a weak play in my opinion...parra is one of the best fade material pitchers in the NL. though they might win, harang is tough. i just think there is a better dog out there for ya. good luck though!

Here are Harang's and Parra's last lines against the opposing team:

4.1 IP 12 H 8 ER L
6 IP 8 H 2 ER W

Not saying either are outstanding pitchers with this, but... yeah. Parra also averages a run better in run support. Just saying.

Two big dogs today. I'm doubting that the Yankees pull off 7 in a row. Oakland had some offensive games recently. I just hope that Vin's fly balls don't leave the yard. Atlanta has been hot of late as well, but I believe Charlie Morton shows them he is a guy they shouldn't have traded.

Here's to some winners:

PIT +190

You're playing nothing but dogs you're gonna loose more than you gonna win. Maybe try laying back playing so many dogs in 1 day and pick the best dog or 2 on the day in your opinion? My suggestion for whatever its worth.

I may just start fading myself, today's card looking terrible.

Too many dogs in 1 day. Pick your poison like how you not take texas at +135 with a good pitcher vs a team on a 8 game loosing streak and 1 of the worst in the league?
