I realize that lilly is the better STARTING pitcher, but has anyone watched these two teams play lately? the Cubs shouldn't be -172 to padres right now, much less the cards. lilly is a GOOD pitcher, but he isn't an elite, shut-down anyone kind of guy. Them cards bats have been hot, and the cubs seem to be just on the brink of a major funk..I like the cards chances here at this great price.

I don't know if it's a winner but Chicago's price is way too fucking high.

I think the price of Philly is too high at -260.

IMO, the books are hoping ppl think exactly what you think. There's a reason why the Cubs are so high....especially right after getting crushed by this same team, it's because they are hoping for more Cardinal action. Could be completely wrong, but that's my opinion on it anyway.

yeah, I had the same thought about the phillies too, but I feel alot better about backing the cards than the pirates right now..I am still only seeing philly-232/ pitt+231 on matchbook right now though, and it just misses a small play for me..but you're right, at +260 I would hit it all day long.
