Really like four for tonight....Johnson,Martin,Vickers,Montoya. Its just been tough to find any plays with them without the spiked juice.

This was JJ's race last year but lost it at the end to Kyle, he and Chad Knaus has talked about it all weekend, think they really want this one. They are solid enough in the Chase so not too worried about point racing think they go all out for the win.

1.50 units Mark Martin (-105) over Jeff Gordon (@thegreek)
Been hearing a lot out of the crews this week about comparing this Chicago track to Michigan. So if you look back, Martin won at Michigan last month and was fastest here in Happy Hour Friday...sounds like a good thing to me.

1.00 unit David Reutimann (+135) over Kasey Kahne (@thegreek)
Really like Reutimann on the 1.5 mile "cookie-cutter" tracks, he won at Charlotte (albeit rain-shortened) and was 4th at Vegas...had a decent run at Michigan finishing 19th. Was very fast in practice and qualifying. Kahne has been doing very well of late but like Reutimann's chances here, maybe Top 8 or better tonight.

1.00 unit Kurt Busch (+105) over Greg Biffle (@5dimes)
The Blue Deuce has been surprisingly consistent this year with 10 Top 10's in 18 races and an avg. finish of 12.2.....has 5 Top 10's in 8 starts here.
Biffle has slid back a little lately only a pair of 18th place runs to go with a 28th in the last 3 starts.
Both drivers have good history here and were neck and neck in last practice but like the look of this Penske team and feel they have a better chance at a Top 5 run.

1.00 unit Dale Jr. (-130) over Kevin Harvick (@5dimes)
Must be crazy laying this kind of vig with Jr. but have a sneaky feeling he may pull out a decent finish...he was racy in qualifying, so-so in practice. Been showing signs of life recently and has avg'd a 15th place finish here in 8 starts.
This is statistically Harvick's best track but he has shown no life this weekend in practice or qualifying and has been doing even worse than Jr the past few months...not sure whats going on at RCR

More or less a play for value, can't pass it by the way Smoke has been running...and he, like JJ, is locked in the Chase. So he is here for the win not for points.

Do you see a Marcos Ambrose, Sam Hornish, or a Clint Bowyer making a top ten run anytime soon? How about the Keslowski team out of Spartanburg? Was Talladega just a one and done thing?

we both montoya and vickers though! always like johnson but im so far in the hole i need to get lucky nd try nd hit something at decent odds.

actually would not be surprised to see Bowyer in the Top 10 tonight, maybe even better than that....had him on my list but didn't quite make the cut, might regret that....he was very strong in qualifying and practice and has good history here

Ambrose has looked pretty racy this weekend too, not sure about a Top 10 but it not out of the question...he already has 5 this year

Hornish will probably have a car capable of a Top 15 or better finish but you never know when he'll find the wall

Not sure about Kez tonight but he is going to be a good one

understand ATP...would be happy if one of those 2 came through for us...hope your luck starts turning tonight

Why do think Veterans like Jeff Burton, Bobby Labonte, Elliot Sadler, etc. can't seem to find a stride and start getting in the top ten? Has to very discouraging for those folks with all the experience they bring to the table.

The problem is not with Burton, its with the whole RCR organization...not sure whats going on there but they are way off(in the Nationwide Series too).
Harvick is doing awful this year, Burton and Bowyer have been inconsistent(which is very unusual) and Mears, I think, was a mistake hire

Bobby Labonte is with a second-class team in Hall Of Fame Racing

Elliott Sadler has shown signs of life this year, 2 Top 10's the last 3 races but he has always had problems being consistent over his whole career...Richard Petty Motorsports is improving only time will tell if Sadler will

harvick has been a total mess but hes good in chicago, fingers crossed, elliott sadler sucks and where have you been bobby labonte has been tailing of for years now. jeff burton hasnt been bad, just gotten put in the wrong spots at times
