I think I have finally overcome the Giants curse that has plagued me in years past. If I bet on them they lost if I bet against them they would win. It was at the point that I just skipped over a game that the Giants were involved in. I simply did not handicap it.

Lately I have been started playing mostly "ON" the Giants with Cain and Lincecum. I think I made back the $$$ I had lost on them in previous years. I even had Sanchez last night. It was a smalll play due to the fact that I was already in profit for the day when the late game started and was in no mood to break even or lose back what I won.

All that said, I think I am backing Cain today with the idea that the Giants RL looks to be the safest bet on the board. Iplayed the LAA small just to get things going and I was short on time to look at todays card until now.

The Padres triple A lineup can only outscore the Giants if Cain puts guys on for them. I just don't see it.

Even if their chances are shit I wouldn't risk -240.

Runline is around -110 depending on where you shop...

This series so far is 17-3. Cain has been giving up 1 or 0 to better lineups like St.L and I think it was Pirates can't recall.

Anyone like the Rangers tonight? +101 is not bad.

I like the under a lot more. Millwood is having a great year (not sure how) and Washburn almost always pitches well at home. I think the side is kind of a toss up, but would lean to the Rangers.

It would probably be best to grab the under. I see a low scoring Giants win, maybe 5-2 or 4-3. The Padres upset doesn't really seem possible tonight. I like upsets too, and have seen them with a bad pitcher on the road vs. a great pitcher and a good team at home, but never a rookie pitcher over an all star pitcher at home. I like the under.

I would pound that Texas bet. I guess Josh Hamiliton is back. They're offense is so rockin right now. All they're players are hitting good. Millwood is a solid pitcher now. Definitely Texas by 3 or 4 tonight.

Okay, now I would definitely go with Padres +1.5.... I figured it wouldn't be a big enough handle to lead to a pf, but I think we got a tip off here. Probably a small play on the Pads +1.5.

With Cain being taken out due to injury the Pads chances improved greatly. At least the Giants bullpen is well rested. Long way to go though!
