Love to see him on the Pats and everyone knows Belichick takes in these "projects" and rarely do you hear anything negative about them off the field again. I would be surprised if he is still capable of being a starting QB who could lead a team to the postseason in this league, but he is without a doubt a weapon who could be a definite threat on the right offense. It would be a slap in the face for this kind of athletic talent to be playing in any league other than the NFL at his age.
