Currently still on a nice little run going 2-0 last night and 12-5 over the last 5 days. I don't cap all at once but rather throughout the day towards game time starts, so additional plays are possible. You will find that 90+% of my plays are dogs either through the ML or RL with the totals mostly low juice.

Starting the day looking at the Chicago/Philadelphia game. Zambrano will be on the hill for the Cubs as they look to try and win a game against the Phillies. In his last start against lowly Washington, he went only 5 innings, yielding 4 hits and 1 run due to a Cub error, struck out 6 but walked 4 and threw 113 pitches. He is solid but is a much better pitcher at home then on the road and facing this Phillies left handed line-up will be no cake walk.

Meanwhile the Phillies are currently on a 10 game winning streak and send Moyer to the mound to face the Cubs. In his last start against Florida, he had one of his best outings going 7 innings, yielding 1 hit, no runs, striking out 4 while walking 1 and threw 94 pitches. He is 5-0 with a 3.68 ERA in his last five outings and the Phillies have won his last 6 starts. The line has moved from the Philadelphia being favored at home to now being the underdog. As the Cubs continue to struggled at the plate, the Phillies roll on with their powerful line-up.

5* Philadelphia (+108) Jazz

Good luck everyone!

I just hope Lidge doesn't come out to fuck us over in the end.. Chan Ho Park on the other hand looked like a stud last night.

Betting has been going on the Cubs since last night most likely due to overpricing Zambrano. I'll stay with the team on a roll and hitting then the struggling Cubs.

Can't disagree with you here. Lidge is just not the same anymore. I hold my breath whenever he comes in. Got us the other night on the RL giving up a run in the top of the 9th.:>(

Well, although it wasn't in a save situation being down 3 runs in the 9th for the Phils, Lidge is back to his old ways again.. loading the bases and giving up a run to make it 9-5 now.. doubt the Phillies are gonna be able to claw back out of this one.

Yep! Phillies played very sloppy today. Zambrano didn't stop them giving up 5 runs but they played poorly in the field and left way too many runners on base. Sorry guys. Will be posting one play for tonight shortly.

Only one play for tonight as I'm looking at the Seattle/Detroit game. Felix Hernandez takes the hill for Seattle and he has gone 7 or more innings in each of his last 8 games and the Mariners have been victorious in his last 7 starts. He consistently throws over 110 pitches and comes off beating Cleveland on the road. He carries 129 strikeouts for the year with 37 walks with an ERA of 2.51. He met the Tigers in April and came out with a 6-3 win.

Meanwhile the Tigers come off a 9-7 win last night scoring 5 runs in the first and 3 in the second off the Mariners garbage starter. Prior to that they had been swept by the Yankees. The Mariners steadily chipped away against the Tiger bullpen but couldn't overcome the early lead. Detroit sends Amando Galarraga to the mound tonight. He comes off losing to Cleveland at home yielding 9 hits, 4 runs, striking out 3 and walking 2 while throwing 103 pitches in 6 innings. His ERA is 5.09 with only 65 strikeouts and 45 walks. Expect him to pitch around 6 innings before leaving and allowing the bullpen to take over.

Big pitching advantage for the Mariners here IMHO and their bats should be able to spray hits around and put some runs on the board while the Tigers struggle to even put the bat on the strikeout throwing Hernandez.

5* Seattle -1.5 (+125) 5Dimes

Good luck everyone!
