Rain Rule in baseball?

My understanding is that if the game goes a full 5 innings, then rains out, it is a win or loss and not a push.

Is this correct?

Just want to verify.

only if you're on the ML... totals and runlines must go full 9 (8 1/2 if home team is winning)

what if an over has already hit before the game is official? Say like tonight where there is a 100 pct chance of rain in nywhat if the game goes 6 and the ov is already a winner?

according to my site:

Winners and Losers are official after:
Baseball Straights (home team winning) 4.5 innings
Baseball Straights (visitor winning) 5 innings
Run Lines/Baseball Totals (home team winning) 8.5 innings
Run Lines/Baseball Totals (road team winning) 9 innings

Suspended Game Rules for Baseball
For wagering purposes, the score of the last complete inning is the final score. All action on the side will count at that point, and all run lines and total wagers will be cancelled even though the game will be completed at a future date.

All first-half wagers (5 innings) must list both pitchers. If either listed pitcher does not start, wagers on the first half (5 innings) will be canceled.

good question always wondered that myself? anybody knows what happens if your over already hit and the game gets rained out?

no you don't lose on totals because of a rain-out.. it's just cancelled.
