Texas looks like a solid play today....

My first baseball post, yesterday i thought washburn looked too good getting plus money and now today texas is getting +140ish????????

I know greinke is a stud but feldman has been rock solid all year, both pitchers stats are similar (slight edge to greinke) but texas has much better bats and has won 4 st8, on the other hand kc has lost 9 str8 games the last 6 at home.

Edge to texas and getting +140, there is serious value here.

if he's pitching well, im sure he will be out there...... but he's only pitched the 8th, like once in the past 10 games.......... remember he started off the season red hot winning 6 str8....... but since then he's been 4-5 w 4 no decisions............

Texas has this uncanny ability to stay in the game with their patient batting line-up and fairly capable bullpen. I think they will try to get deep into count w/ Greinke while at bat and either get to him first or try to implode that bullpen for it's 4 or 5th time in a row.. Like the sayin' goes around here, one team headed in one direction while the other's going the opposite.

Texas does have the flu running - their bullpen is a little short...Fransisco and Everyday Eddie are out

However, this did not seem to be a problem against Boston

I think this is a tough spot for the Rangers. I was looking at that game myself and this is my first post here in theRX. I would think twice before going against Greinke at home,.

I like Rangers -105 for the series better than just taking tonight's game. Feldman and Greinke is a good matchup...maybe a good under play. Could go either way. Tomorrow's game is about evenly matched pitching as well. Sunday, Texas has the pitching advantage - Millwood vs. Ponson.
