thank ya buddy....

Tampa Bay had a long way to come back, but when i saw his name show up for the 9th, i knew it was possible to get those last 2 runs, but didnt know if TB had it in them....but he served up a couple of quick gopher balls to tie the game......hopefully TB can get the lead before he leaves the game, and pull out the miracle victory from 9-0 down......

Downs is an awesome pitcher. He has not been the same everysince he hurt his ankle in Philly. Every since coming off the DL he looked like shit. I think he's hiding his injury still.

yes...

this guy thats been pitching pretty well this year in bullpen, is NOT the real Downs.......guy usually throws bp type stuff.....no speed, he is a younger version of Jamie Moyer is now, but not as effective.....he has done it with smoke and mirrors this year, but it will catch up with him..

Same smoke and mirrors he used in 2007 and 2008?
FYI, Downs avg fastball has clocked in nearly 8mph faster than Moyers over the last three years, and although not an impressive velocity in the least, it has been his most effective pitch, and hitters have struggled against it.
