How are they for hassle free payouts these days?
I have not played there for 2 years. Two years ago when I closed my account I was given the 3rd degree. Had to fax a copy of my operator's license and of course the copy they recieved was "too dark". Finally after arguing with the cs super I got my payout approved.
Do they still hassle their customers when trying to collect?
Funny thing is their "sister" book BetJam is hassle free. You get the $$$ no questions asked.
