Probably going to take something like a young Heavywheight to come out of nowhere and just starting beating everyone to death like Tyson did when he was young to get people talking again.....

I know boxing isn't as popular as it was in the 70s and 80s and even 90s but it is still pretty popular. Tons of good fights in the welterweight division upcoming with Floyd/Pac/Cotto/PWilliams/Mosley all there...

A starting point would be to not have every big fight on "pay per view".

Boxing has a dark cloud that is never going to leave the sport. I personally still love it but the UFC product is much better.

I agree boxing is definitely on its way back up. If America could produce a big name heavyweight that would put it over the top.

Getting rid of promoter pimps and putting the money in the hands of the fighters. As long as 10 boxers make millions and the rest make peanuts, all the good athletes will gravitate towards football, baseball, and b-ball.
