long story short, changing from Chase to a local credit union. Go in 2.5 weeks ago to close it, and i swear it still isnt open. Every little pre-authorization, auto-debit, merchant delaying charging your card kicks it back open, and tags you with a fee. Hell i dont know how to close a bank account, i didnt think it was so hard. I guess ill have to put a few grand in there and just let it sit hoping no other activity happens for it to close. What a royal pain in the ass.

My son got a job next door to a Chase bank. When he got paid we stopped there and he went in...He comes back out, they wont cash it without 2 forms of id. I go in, WTF? The kid works next door, cant u just call over there or something? Its like 90 bucks i dont think he's trying to run a scam here...NO WAY..2 forms of I.D. or we dont cash anything...a couple of Fuck Yous and im out of there....
A year or so later my Mom calls me...Ive been robbed!!! What??? Somebody went to Chase bank and gave them some fake papers and they gave them half my 2 accounts there!!!! WHAT??????????? We head to the bank.
A member of the family walked into Chase with some FAKE court documents she made on a computer, showed them to the manager and walked out the bank with over $48,000....
Need 2 forms of id for 90 bucks but a couple of fake documents later you can be on your way to Jamaica with somebody elses money..............
