Banks have all these homes on their books . Why not have a lottery for each of them .

Set a price to get them out from underneath it and as soon as that much is sold in tickets , pull the winner.

Say 5 bucks for a house.

All you would owe is taxes and insurance each year..

They already had a lottery, it was called sub prime lending and no income verification loans.

We lost.
