Caribsports-A top 3 in customer service?

I know they don't advertize much, but they treat people as people and not a number when you email them. Some places seem like HUGE Beaucrazies,,,giving a 10 digit number to an email with a response in the future. Some places--don't even bother to answer. NOT Carib. They have the best customer reps out there IMHO!

They do have very good customer service.

I like it when they give you Bonus Bets on holdays and your birthday.

solid out.........i visited them in belize years ago............they payment is solid......only problem is the "juice" you pay for playing there............good site :laugh:

plus a phoney bonus ...............:toast:

Yes-I know the juice may be a bit higher--but the people you're playing with seem 2-3 classes higher in their honesty! Saves the aggrevation for the little recreational player.

I like their "Send Memo" feature on the log in page. They'll send you a memo back within two minutes.

Their casino is one of the most honest around. I've hit 3 Royals there and many smaller jackpots on Double Bonus poker.

they are so quiet on the forums I think they have other ways to get new members..CS is number 1 easy co number 1 with betjam.....that send memo is so nice.
