Coming off a 3-4 (-3.15) day. Started well with the afternoon games but the evening put me in the negative for the day. One thing to consider. The last 5 games involving the Dodgers, I have lost them all. Whether I'm on them or against them. Perhaps, a message that a lifetime Giants fan like myself should never be betting on the Dodger games, unless they are playing the Giants. Note too myself. Posting today's afternoon plays and will cap the evening games during the day.

5* Florida -1.5 (+125) 5Dimes
5* Philadelphia -1.5 (+125) 5Dimes
5* Texas -1.5 (+145) 5Dimes

Good luck everyone!

Why texas? I agree with the other 2, phillies really strongly

Big difference in pitching between Hunter and Cahill. Hunter although having a poor showing last outing has been solid with a 2.63 ERA for the year while Cahill has been awful his last two starts lasting only 5 innings and giving up 6 earned runs in each game while throwing over 100+ pitches, plus he has a season ERA of 5.01.

I know that taking the run line limits your losses. I just hate the team winning and not covering the RL. I know you have had minimal losses on the RL. I took Fla on the ML

Please do what you are most comfortable with and if that is the ML then stay with it. In baseball, I just personally have a hard time laying most ML wood, unless it is very small. If you think about it, in football and basketball, you normally lay around -110 if you are a spread player and only ML players would lay much higher. On a day to day basis, it is hard enough to hit in the 50% range. Laying numbers like -200 or -180 makes it extremely difficult to turn a profit at least for me.

I agree. Years ago I learned my lesson. I played -200 games and lost. I now try not lay more than -150. Although the Marlins were -160 I think, but really like them. Some used to say you only pay if you lose, but those 2:1 and 3:1 games do lose. My attitude now is, I win the same amount betting -110 or -120 game. Minimize the losses.
