I used to think soccer but I hit a cold spell this year and lost for the first time in a long time.
Baseball has it's moments but some of the swings are difficult to swallow.
College basketball for the past 4 years has easily been my most profitable sport. There are so many games out there, it's much harder for the lines to all be correct, 7 days a week.
Next for me is college fb, then the NFL. I don't ever bet the NBA.

All the major sports and leagues have good limits, but efficient markets. With hard work, good statistical model and betting openers you can reach few percentage ROI. Big volume of bets makes it very much worth it though.
Props, specials, small sports and leagues have inefficient markets and are much easier to beat, but naturally with much lower limits. Generally speaking, the lower the limit, the easier the line is to beat.

Less popular sports have less efficient markets, but often heavier juice
So if you are very good, the answer is football or basketball. If you struggle to turn out a small profit it would be baseball. If you have a small area of expertise or care to develop one, darts or billiards
