870 - 200 = 670 w/o hedge

670 - 250 = 420 w/hedge

200 to win 870 means the total payout on the parlay is 1070, minus 200 wagered equals 870 profit w/o hedge, hence the phrase "to win 870"... means he actually won 870 on the parlay
870 profit - 250 hedge = +620 total profit

Geez, even most of the hippies you "ki11ed" could have figured that one out!!
