For 2 reasons.

1. They are a better team then the nationals.
2. The nats have won 5 in a row. Their best streak of the season. It cant go on much longer.

That's exactly what vegas wants you to think.

People said the same thing yesterday, no way they can sweep the marlins.

Dbacks played a long game yesterday. I know the travel is only from Pitt to DC. I think the Nats have the momentum. But will not wager this game

I'd lean Nats here, their bats are on fucking fire, while the Dbacks, for the most part struggled to score on the lowly Pirates. DOn't get me wrong, I made money the last 3 days betting the Dbacks, but I do lean Nats here. They can fucking score.

UNDER 9 looks good to me?

Garland pitched a complete game Sunday against the Mets, giving up two runs and earning his sixth win of the season.
The Diamondbacks' struggles this season have limited Garland's opportunities for wins, but he's turned in seven straight quality starts, posting a 2.81 ERA in that span.

Balester held the Pirates to two runs in 5.2 innings Sunday. The Nationals won, but Balester did not factor into the decision.
Balester lowered his ERA to 3.68 and has given up exactly two earned runs in each of his three starts, which is plenty good enough to keep him in Washington's rotation for now. His inability to keep the ball in the park is still with him, however, as he's allowed a long ball in each start.

balester , todays pitchers has sick low WHIP....garland...not so good....reynolds pulled form last night came with rib cage injury will try and play hurt, and dbax pen full taxed last night......

i will only do your guys capping for free for a little while longer......my 12 daily hours of capping will eventually be something i charge for...u can bet the dbax if u like....but between reynolds status, the nats day game and well rested....and dbax playing till late last night, you are square as hell to play the dbax here on the road if u do. Garland pitches to contact vs table setters morgan, and guzman (lefties) in front of selective zimmerman and dunn spells big scoring opportunities off pitcher with near 1.5 WHIP

we're not just talking starting pitchers... honestly whose staff as a whole would you take tonight? I hear ya on the late innings game taxing the Zona BP... I'd still take their late inning guys over the Nats

i live in syracuse......nats called up 3 pitchers this week , all studs from syracuse aaa team......macdougal been very good of late in place as the closer......i think this part of the season means alot more to the nats, especially at home..

part of end of season baseball has to do with the bad teams "wanting to win"....they can tend to pack it in, and put out a shitty product if not forced to be accountable tof ans....this team honestly belives they are building for next year.......i see them playing close to .500 ball or better from hear on out to bring them closer to respectable .400 for the year.

yes thats obvious. Ijust belive that based on what we saw yesterday from both teams, the dbax are most definitely a no play considering the effects of a late night game, reynolds injury, and the bullpen usage....dont forget the home/road thing too....and WHIP's....garland has 10 losses on his record as well

I took the UNDER as 9 of 10 of Garlands road starts have gone UNDER and 2 of 3 of BALESTER games pitched have gone UNDER.

Garlands whip last three is 0.955

Both teams have hit well in last week but just thinking these two eat up innings.
