Watched about 40 minutes of this. "G.I. Joe: The Rise Of Cobra" is a DEFINATE contender for worst movie of the year.

If you thought it couldnt get any worse than Transformers 2, guess again.

Is the rachel nichols in the movie the same girl from espn?? The espn rachel nichols is probably the hottest redhead i ever seen and i don't really like redheads so that is saying a lot.

i've been reading for the past few days about how bad it is supposed to be. heard critics weren't allowed to screen it.

kind of disappointed, not that i'm a big fan of big budget shoot'em up blow'em up kind of movies, but cause i grew up playing with my G.I. Joes in the yard, i had all kinds of fun making up my own stories in my mind.
I was kinda looking forward to seeing this and hoping it would be good.

Ya I have real high hopes, having been right in the midst of GI Joe popularity in the 80s with all the action figures, and the cartoon... BUT it looks like total shit. Nothing about it looks like the comics or cartoon - really annoying that they'd do that.

And the video game sucked too. Although I had more fun playing that than watching the movie. I beat it in one day though that isnt saying much I had it on casual and you can't die in that mode (temp stun)

Yea, I definatly want to see this. Also Julie & Julia.

I really liked 'Turistas' and the previews for 'Perfect Getaway' sort of reminded me of that flick.

I have not been impressed with the trailers. I'm hesitant to see it cause of all the bad reviews. Still thinking.

Worst movie I have seen in a while, everything was way too over the top, felt like I was watching a star wars movie with all the plasma guns, and holograms. Commander Cobra is a joke. Marlon Wayans isn't funny. Don't waste ur time with this movie, big stinker.

I saw it with my son and another father/son combo (both kids are 8). We enjoyed it for what it was, non-stop action movie where shit was way over the top.

Not going to win any awards but I've seen much MUCH worse.
