Any thoughts on the new Betphoenix software ?

My first impression is that I don't like it.

I tried to bet Boston for the 1st 5 innings at -110, it told me the line had changed, I refreshed it tried a few times, still -110, and not bettable.

I gave up and bet under 9.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

trying to get you in and out of plays without too many clicks and pageloads. Also, the way products are presented for members ease of use.

Its one of those places that you can't use the back button. I hate that, although its that way in a lot of places. If you bet 6 games and a line changes on one of them and you don't want to accept it you have to start over.

That is frustrating. It should accept the five other plays.

same thing happend to me....i couldnt see the pitchers completely in the betslip either....i didnt place a wager tho i did use some in the regular one

I think its ok having everything on 1 page is nice, but i tried to make a wager on florida today and it says bet not accepted line has changed refresh line and try again, i refresh it and the line doesnt change and i still cant make the bet, i think someone had the same problem with line moves as well

I did not like it very slow to get to my bet and confirm page... it looks nice but not as user friendly as the old way

What site were you on...the new engine doesn't have page loads...it is all done from 1 page and a shopping cart. Let me know.

I just received my free $50(ty Richard) and looked around a bit before betting it all on a tennis match this morning...looks ok, but not nearly as easy and visually pleasing as the regular petphoenix site...just my 2 cents..ty

in and working (somewhat)

- When betting Bases, get the "line has changed, please refresh" message on multi attempts (Game/5 innings, with both single and multi picks)

- Betting Football (College), worked fine
- betting nascar (w/multi drivers) works fine.
- Soccer - works fine.

So seems just bases are the problem right now.

As far as the interface, its different..takes a little getting used to it. Initially its not a positive for me because the old site was so simple and easily read. Look at 5Dimes..still using the same software from the 90's, old but easy to navigate.

It is easy to use..no more difficult than the previous, possibly a little easier..will take a while but I think its a net positive. I like the initial screen showing history, and customization is great too..Looks like you guys have added some deposit options. Keep up the good work and looking to coming back for Football.

What are they using ASI or DGS. I used to be an ASI advocate but recently from talking to players and agents they all love DGS platform a lot more. There are def pros and cons to both but DGS has come along way and I would say is head to head now with ASI.

Kind of a big problem with this, IMO ! No line move
