I need some opinions on this.............

I have the luxury of texting my wagers to "my guy" I was down close to a dime and was unable to call him on Saturday August 8th. I texted him that I wanted Double Down on the SF Giants -140. Now I am being told the bet never happened because he misunderstood the text! To complicate matters I texted him back and said that if SF was good I wanted Philly on the RL for a nickle and he is counting that bet!!

What would you guys do? I like the guy but I feel like I am being robbed?

if he accepts your wagers on a regular basis by text, he should honor your wager, do you still have the message on your phone?
