Going to be my first time in Vegas :103631605

Got RT airfare for $229 from DTW.

Also got 3 nights + 6 buffets + 2 cocktails + spa for $189. Split of course with friends.

$276 for 4 days 3 nights round-trip sounds good to me!

Should be fun. I now need to research what table games to play when I'm not sports betting.

Don't play table games, well atleast for me thats where I lose my money. Just sit in the sportsbook all day, get as many drink tickets as you can and enjoy. Never been to the Hilton but hear its pretty nice. Have fun, Good luck.

Isn't that labor day weekend?

The place should be hopping.

Six buffets, gonna need a wheel barrow to haul your ass around.

The tables will be real tough that weekend as the table limits will be high being a holiday weekend.

LV Hilton great book.

If you are planning on wagering on 12EST/9PST games, get to the book around 7:45 to make sure you have no problems getting the wager.

Idiots will show up around 8:45 with 8 6 team parlays they want to play for $2 and don't know the rotation numbers (not knocking anyone for the amounts they wager, as people wager what they can afford, but this is not the first weekend these guys are doing this).

You may end up getting through very quickly, but being a long weekend and opening weekend of CFB, it should be a good crowd. Also, the book is open until 1AM on weekends, that should allow you to place your wagers instead of in the morning.

Yes, it's Labor Day weekend.

I'll take the advice and place my Saturday bets on Friday night.

Don't worry, the 6 buffet coupons are split amongst the 4 of us for 4 days. We'll go through them quickly!

I also heard that their buffet isn't that good. No worries though. Can hop on the monorail and go anywhere.

Plan on doing the $20 trick for a better room. Hope it works.

You dont need drink tickets at the Hilton. I stay there all the time and never had to have a drink ticket.
