PGA Championship--how can you not pick Tiger

I play in a golf league for majors. Everyone has a salary cap of $5 and you have to pick 5 golfers. The players below have a price. If not on list the player has zero price. So if you take Tiger you take 4 players with zero price. Most cumulative money wins..My point..how can you not take Tiger this week????
