Didn't Really like the Restaurant I Ate at Last Night

Had to meet some Friends last Night. They only had a chance to see us last night, and I thought it would be the Right thing to do and they are the ones that picked the Place.

Carnevino @ the Palazzo

Carnevino means " Steak & Wine " and is Owned by Celebrity chef Mario Batali and winemaker Joe Bastianich .

Well it's the first time I have ever heard of an Italian SteakHouse.

Now I guess I never told my friends that we were at a SteakHouse the night before.
And I did not have a Steak last night.....Too much meat, is Not a Good thing.

Anyway, The Pasta Dishes were Perfect ! and I Ordered a Nice Pork Chop
It was Ok...Nothing to write home about.

I think that Because it had the "Celebrity" Chef name on it....It draws people in.

I, for one would Never go back.

I know a lot of Good Restaurants here in Vegas. This place was Picked by my friends. They said it was good, and that they were there before.

Everyone has different Taste...

Betall, the reason why I made the burger comment in the other thread is because you said you had never had one in Vegas.

Seek out a good place at some point. You must experience a quality burger in Vegas!
