Around midnight last night I made a wager on a soccer game, it was found under the title YOUTH CHAMPIONSHIP, it was between Oakleigh Cannons and Altona Magic with a start time of 430 am est. The 430 am est was the matchup for the under 21 teams and since the game was found under YOUTH CHAMPIONSHIP clearly this is the game i thought i was betting. I wake up this morning around 740 am and look at the scores 2-1, my over 2.5 goals is a winner.

I go to work and come home to find my bet graded as a loss, using a game that started 4hrs after my game had between the over 21 yr old teams of oakleigh and altona. so even though my bet was found under youth championship, had start time of 430 am (when the youth title game started and my bet ticket shows the start time of the game as 430, they graded it with the scores from the game that started at 830).

my bet ticket clearly shows a 430 start time, but for some reason, they decided its ok to use the one that started at 830.

call them up...if you bet the over in the under 21 teams, and it went over, its your right they grade it as a W. their mistake, if i understand the situation correctly.

i have spoken to the their live help, and they have stated that it doesnt matter that i found the game under YOUTH Champsionship or that my bet shows a start time of 430, because the teams listed in the ticket dont say under 21 next to it, they used the score from the game that started at 830

i also asked the live help to go back and look at the lines for the under 21 game compared to the over 21 game, to compare which one was the -133 over 2.5 goals that i bet, and the rep and boss of live help, say they dont have access to lines of bets that have been graded.

yes the under 21 game was played at 430 am (time my bet shows im betting on) the non 21 year old teams played at 830.

rotation numbers ???? You prolly got to go higher than a clerk or live chat. They liable to tell you anything..

ok, to make it clear.

there were to matches with the same teams, one youth, the other over 21yr. you played the youth, they graded with the result of the match between these teams over 21yr.

show them the official start time of the match you bet on, on an official source, that matches with the start time of the event on your ticket.

well maybe will will see this thread and can step in, i have been taking money out of my account and at this time im about done with the book, ill post my betting ticket in here in a few mins.

Your case sounds strong, I think it will be resolved in your favor, as long as everything you say is verifiable.

now i found the game under youth championship, which would make you think its under 21. as you can see from this score site, the under 21 game between the two started at 1630 or 430 am est. the over 21 game did not start for 4 more hours (830). as you can read, the under 21 game that started at 430 ended 2-1, the regular game that started at 830, ended 1-0

This certainly sounds like a case that could be resolved with reasonable ease by Wilheim once the RxBash is complete.

I'd recommend that if you don't receive satisfaction in the next couple hours, just patiently table the entire matter until next Mon/Tue

The more you persist in engaging with different S.com personnel and receiving different, conflicting answers, the higher your frustration could grow and it seems that for $100 you'd be smarter to just wait and get it resolved in a few minutes after Wil returns to regular hours next week.

the supervisor i speak to seems pretty adamant that they did nothing wrong, and says the time discrepancy is more of a guidline to the start time as opposed to an offical start time of the bet. and house rules the time can be changed at their discretion.

i even offered for the bet to just be voided and i would take the loss of the winning bet, and he still stuck by nothing was wrong on their end.

im suppose to hear back later tonight about whatever loyalty thing the guy is looking into, ive been there for aroudn 4 yrs now and if there willing to lose my action over this matter, its shows the quality of the book. i had been looking for a new book for when football starts up and this matter is only pushing my frustraition to pull this crap over $100 bet.

if im not satisfied by the outcome tonight, ill wait for will to return and see what he can do, in the mean time, i wont be betting

You caught me at the worst possible time. However I will be home and working Monday and will do all I can to help you out.

Please email me your Sportsbook.com account number with the name on the account and if you can do it cut and paste a link to this thread in the email.

Please wait until Sunday or early Monday to send the emal though or it will be buried under about 200 emails I will get and not be able to deal with to much between now and Monday.

You can make the email anytime and save it as a draft then just send it late Sunday night or even better early Monday morning.

"24 hour clock"! 0430 is 4:30 A.M. 1630 is 4:30 PM! Barman is right, have patience, and wait till Wil gets back. You seem to be right.

wil im still waiting to hear back on this loyalty bonus, and go from there. i will email you sunday night if nothing changes, but im still rather disappointed in the book

yea, never really had an issue when it comes to knowing what i bet and where it was located and my betting time reflecting that and then having it graded another way. like mentioned above, i went through their help channels trying to reslove the matter and got a bunch of house rules statements and start times are not offical yada yada
