Looks like he has to serve 2 years house arrest so I don't know if this makes any difference at all:

"Court documents revealed Stallworth's blood alcohol level at the time of the incident was .126, significantly higher than Florida's legal limit of .08.

He was sentenced to 30 days in jail - he served just 24 - after pleading guilty to manslaughter while driving under the influence of alcohol on June 16.

After originally pleading not guilty to the charge on June 4, Sacramento-born Stallworth had faced up to 15 years in jail.

However, a plea bargain meant the 28-year-old will spend 10 years on probation, two of which must be served under house arrest.

Stallworth was also required to undertake 1,000 hours of community service and has been banned from driving for life.

He will be eligible to resume his NFL career after February's Super Bowl."

I'd like to see a video of this!

1000 hours = 125 eight hour days working not working out?

He can afford a taxi but will he call one...........

That seems to be an unusual term. Does Fla do that with all fatal DUIs ?

And if the Road Warrior says it, it must be true..

the state of florida can.

he can try to get a license in another state i think.

i think its bullshit he cant play all year. yes he was over the limit , but by all accounts the guy ran out in front of his car. if that wasnt the case , he would have gotten 15 years in jail.

he has been sentenced by a court .

thats good enough for me.

he should have the right to earn a living in the nfl.
