I didn't have any money on this and I'm not sure if this has been talked about in another thread, but did anyone else think that was a blown double-play call in the 1st? If I did have money on no score in the 1st, I would be livid. Even if Lee wasn't tagged (which it looked like he was), he went way out of the baseline. Shady to anyone else? How does an ump miss that call?

Now they fix 1st inning wagers?? geez vegas is crazy

I didn't say it was a fix. But you tell me how a professional umpire misses that call?

Pro umps miss TONS AND TONS of calls over and over...that is sports. Play are decided in tenths of a second or quicker...yes he missed the play but there are many much worse calls than this on a regular basis.

All part of gambling...

That's the thing...there was no judgment required for the call. Derek Lee was clearly out of the baseline. It wasn't as if he had to make a quick decision regarding whether it was a ball/strike or whether a runner beat out a throw
