Will RB Darren McFadden Break Out For The Raiders This Season?

Of course he has to stay healthy, and if misses games again this year, it's probably a sign of what his career will be like altogether....

It wont be easy. He is not much of a reciever , even a lil swing pass is not his forte. He'll see 8 in the box every play till they prove they can throw so having a breakout year on rushes alone is a tall order for any back..

only had 499 rushing yards last season, missed a few games last year to injury.
started the 1st 4 weeks but only got more than 15 carries 1 game, which was week 2 against kc (21 att 164 yards 1td) basically his 2nd nfl game, not bad stats. has a ton of potential and as of right now he is the raiders best weapon. he looked sharp vs dallas

i think he has a good season this year and breaks 1000yrds as long as he stays healthy, sleeper rb imo

Has no running style. Can't juke or fake. No power to run between tackles. Kept picking the wrong hole, no feel for his blockers. More like a track guy, no football accumen. Lacks smarts. Doubt if he spent offseason learning his craft. Has Bust written on back of jersey where his name should be.

As long as Russell is starting i don't see Mcfadden killing it..if they bench Russell and bring Garcia in, he will have a better shot to put up better numbers
