I'm not up on the new rules of the draft but i do know this.... If Strasburg doesn't sign with the Nats, they get a replacement pick right after their regular pick next year. They have a good shot at the #1 and then would have the #2 pick as well. Why not just let him walk out the door tonight and then come back and draft him again next year. If he doesn't want to sign then, he'll have to sit out another year... I say take a stand and keep drafting this guy and offering him less and less.
