After Pedro's winning debut, he starts tonight opposite Garland for the DBacks. Garland has pitched fairly well, just hasn't got much run support. I like the spot here for the DBacks. I can see Philly being a bit flat after a great 5-1 road trip. I think Pedro is overvalued here. Am leaning DBacks +155.
