I wanted to take the Cubs tonight but dont wanna Lay all that juice so I was thinking to parlay Montreal with it which they are at -500 ML right now and since I know nothing about the CFL do they have a very good chance of winning? :think2: And -500 seems kinda cheap for a 12 point favorite

The CFL game you mention isn't until Friday.

A good rule of thumb is to never bet on a game if you don't know anything about either team playing. Upsets happen in any league, and they're not at all uncommon in the Canadian league.

If you are that confident in the Cubs but the moneyline is too high, think about playing them on the runline.

Sure, Montreal is supposed to win. But I would have a tough time laying -500 on an East team against any of the four Western teams this year. Even if it is Montreal, a team that has looked unbeatable in recent weeks. Saskatchewan has really improved their run game, and some of their WRs have started to emerge. If their defence can somehow hold up (a huge IF), they can stick with the Als. I dunno, -500 is a lot... there's gotta be something better out there?

Also: Never parlay teams that play at different finish times.
Better dough if you bet the first to win and press your winnings to the second game.
