Wandy even money at home with a Lance Berkman back? What's up with odd makers not showing him respect, did they forget he down right nasty at home? I remember he was a dog last time at home vs the Brewers.

Normally I would agree but Josh Johnson is a hell of a pitcher

O's +275 small - This line is out of hand just like the Sea/Det one of today.

I doubt the market will bring excess of value on the Braves since they haven't been scared to go against Johan this season.

at first glance i like
tb rl, balt has hung tough the first two games, but shields pitching at home and matusz getting beat up his last couple, balt not hitting well.... i think tb wins this one 8-2

i like going against bad teams so i will play against cleveland ...... taking laa again

i like wandy at first glance but still undecided........ nothing else really sticks out...... maybe sea/det under

Not much I am liking on the overnights. Markets appear to be getting tight.

Hunger,

After looking at this game, we have two strong pitchers going at it during a good stretch for Florida. As captain obvious would state Florida is in it and Houston is now looking for individual accomplishments to fill out the year. Josh Johnson has been spectacular and should receive votes for Cy Young, losing to Lincecum. Wandy is jekyl and hyde. His stats are so total opposite vs road and home stats. He's nasty at home and below average away. It's amazing what his career has been overall based upon these numbers.

I feel they've incorporated that thought into today's number as you've seen the market jump on the fish early.

I'm actually feeling a play on Florida here for a small/medium wager.

Overnights and early:

Reds +120
Atlanta +115

Florida -110

Sweet. Hou is +112.

I agree with the Mariners play. Tigers may be the most overrated and inconsistent team in the league. They are constantly overvalued, as for the Mariners they are the type of team when favorite for the most part providing the opposition value, but when a good sized dog they usually carry value, Odd makers had trouble setting their lines.

Sf/Cin - Gotta see the line up the Reds put out before i place a wager on them.

I don't know how you justify Marlins laying 10 cent or Astros being 12 cent dogs. Wandy may be the most dominated home pitcher in the league and has a track record to prove it. Josh Johnson is a stud no question, he is also going against a solid line up that hit heat. These guys may both go seven innings, if bullpen come to edge Hou has the advantage.

Just remember these are good arguments and helpful, you guys came up with outstanding reasoning to back the White Sox and sold me on them.

The bottom line is producing a percentage of results that produce a profit in the long run. Hunger do you wager on NCAA and NFL games as well? I know Buffett has unbelievable write ups on NFL but another gambler I tail much more than I handicap has had a proven track record in NCAA.

These are discussions not arguments. I believe in finding winners.

Put it this way I'm the buffett (or sicker) of NBA.

I think FLA has the advantage in this game... Wandy gives up mad runs, his ERA isn't true, and Stros bullpen had almost 5 innings of work last night. FLA has had 10+ hits in 8 straight games, and they just need a big hit to get them over the top.
Will be a close game, not sure if I'm betting it or not, not done with the card, but I think people are over-valuing Wandy, I know his ERA at home is ill, but it's tainted.

10 hits in 15 straight games. How are you saying his home numbers are tainted when he continues to do it over and over?
