so i got this flyer in the mail from bookmaker...25 percent reload on deposit. up to 500 bonus.
so i call them up...give them my account number and ask if i qualify..
they say yes you do...so i WU them 2k and then they say, no bonus as you are not a recreational player. i told them that is why i called before to verify if i would qualify for the bonus...and they say the person made a mistake and you get no reload bonus...and i ask can you send me the 2k back w/out charging me for it..and they say no.
i spoke to manager who couldn't help either.
oh well...i guess if it looks to good to be true it isn't....
