Hi, if you deposit 280 and receive a bonus of 280 in Bonus Play, and it has a 8x rollover, what precisely does that mean? What amount do I have to rollover?

I made a 3 game parlay bet with the 280 Bonus Play to win 430.00. So if the bet wins the 280 Bonus Play disappears and I only get to keep the amount won(430) is that correct? So what do I rollover 8x, the 430 or the 280 or both or what?

Thanks in advance to anybody that can clarify it for me.

most places the rollover is on the inital deposit amount and the Bonus Play amount, which means in ur case $560. so 8x rollover would equal $4480 in bets before the bonus is yours.

from my book

Bonuses are awarded as cash to your account, but are only yours to keep AFTER you have wagered a total of four (4) times the amount of your deposit and bonus. Otherwise bonuses will be deducted from your account prior to any withdrawal being processed.

on the Bonus Bet, they just give you the winnings, not the risk amount.

i just opened an account at bp, and the way i understand it is a) you have to wait at least 2 weeks before withdrawing and 2) the 8x rollover applies to both the deposit and Bonus Play. so on a 100 deposit with the 100 Bonus Play you would have to place at least $1600 in wagers before cashing out.

normally, if i want to make a large wager, i don't bother with bonuses. i just make a deposit, bet, and cash it out if i win. for day to day stuff, i take all the bonuses i can get. also, check to see the restrictions on making parlays with your bonus. if i remember right htere are certain restrictions on parlays and -200 or greater faves....

Your almost correct. The rollover applies to freeplay winnings. If you hit a 3 team parlay that pays $500 your rollover is $4,000 on the Bonus Play winnings and $800 on the cash deposit, for a total of $4,800. Also you can't use the Bonus Play on futures, no more than 3 team parlays, 2 team teasers, and all lines must be between -220 & +220. These are Betphoenix rules, I don't think all books use these same rules.

Oh yeah, and do you get to keep everything you win from the Bonus Play or you only get to keep the 480 after you roll it 8x and the rest is gone?

the -220 and +200 restrictions, does that apply if those games are in parlays? (betphoenix)

i don't think there's a limitation on how much you can cash after you meet the requirements. seeing a restriction on how much you can win would have raised a red flag for me when i looked over the terms.

after all, most degenerates will come nowhere close to meeting the 8x rollover before they're account is empty.

On some freeplays there is a cap on winnings. I don't think there would be a cap on an 100% Bonus Play bonus.

i'm not sure which book you're using, but the terms and conditions are fairly easy to find. they are a bit long, but i'd recommend you skim them before jumping in. nothing would suck worse than going on a nice run and then they drain your account because they say your wagers violated the rules....

for my $10 baseball gambling, i don't pay too much attention. come big play time, i always contact customer support and explicitly tell them i don't want a bonus, and then make sure they don't have a problem with me making a deposit and cashing out in a couple days -- provided i win of course. nothing worse than winning a big one then not being allowed to cash out.

I've been told in the past at Bet Jamaica that the rollover applies to the Bonus Play amount itself, not the winnings from the Bonus Play.......

So if your ''real money'' gets mixed in with the balance you are trying to roll, they can hold the whole account? That seems senseless.

dont think they would hold ur account u might just forefit ur bonus, say your roll over is 1600 ($100 deposit and 100 bonus) in betting, and u hit a 6 team parlay that pays out like 1500 and u want to cash out ur 1500, they will take back their $100 bonus when u cash out prior to hitting ur roll over

yeah, i'm not sure how they calculate it. i made a $100 deposit at bp and got the bonus, so i'm assuming around 2k in wagers to be on the safe side. it's funny, i got on a roll over the weekend, had my balance to $217 after using the Bonus Plays, now i'm struggling to maintain it at $150. so far i think i've made around $350 in wagers....i'm trying to get there because i want to test their payouts before making that first "guaranteed to win, 5000000* lock of the decade"....

I just played the 280 Bonus Play. 200 on angels and braves runline to win 606 and 80 on braves runline and tigers moneyline to win 292.

What the hell...Easy come easy go. It's just a 280 Bonus Play.

Well I took advantage of their free 50.00 to bet on NBA Playoffs promotion. Completed the rollover and cashed out. They had my moneygram out to me within about 30 hours I believe. They are very friendly too. I had the account with them for awhile but today I decided to use them on a regular basis. You'll see for yourself.
