This looks almost like a guaranteed win. Carpenter pitching with the best ERA in the majors going against some RHP with a 5.40 ERA...

Who's with me on this one?

yeah but it's like -300 juice. Fuck that.
Plus Cards aren't to be trusted with Runlines IMO, their offense tends to go stale at times. Look at today, got 3 runs in the first and shutdown the rest of the game, not to mention they left like 15 men on base.
I mean, I think the Cards win, but I wouldn't play them RL or ML cuz the juice is high, I'd put them in a parlay, just not sure with who.

Parlay the Cardinals and the Cubs tomorrow, bet the farm, and count your winnings....

i like them but the juice is sick, and i agree the cards arent the best team to take on the rl. i do like them in a parley with the phills though, two aces going to the hill and big offensive advantages on our side

What is this? Amateur hour? "The Cards are probably gonna win tomorrow" - brilliant analysis bud.

The Cards aren't even sniffing -200 on the ML tomorrow, and my book has them at -320. Are we in some fairy land where you don't have to pay huge chalk if you want to bet on huge favs?

Sorry, what I failed to mention is that it looked like a guaranteed win cos Carpenter (leading the Majors in ERA) was pitching. And he pitched well, 6 innings with 2 ER. However, the bullpen gave up 2 runs in 3 innings, and the Cards eventually lost. Big, big loss for me. this looked like a big win. Oh well...

Well, I'm saying Yankees because Buerhle has'nt done the job since he pitched that perfect game, I think his stats are horrible with an ERA over 5 since that game... Anyways the White Sox can score some runs though, but I think right now, Sabathia is a more reliable pitcher than Buerhle.
