Mets really have come on bad times. The Mets are 3-7 in their last 10 road games. Cubs are 22-6 in Lilly's last 28 home starts. The Cubs are 36-24 at home. The cubs are 3-7 their last 10.. Most things point towards the Cubs but -240 is very steep. I probably will lay off. The the RL? I think to rely on the Cubs winning by 2 is too much to ask for.
I made a mistake and took the Cubs with big juice yesterday.
Cubs are an underachieving team who should not be favored -240 against anyone. I understand Mets are banged up and terrible, but the Cubs have nothing left to play for, their pitching is not that good, bullpen is brutal, Milton Bradley is rascially discriminated against and booed on and off the field, etc. That team is under termoil.
Yes, Cubs should win today, but they also should have won the series against Washington. I don't trust the cubs to win by two as Gregg or Marmol will probably come in and mess things up. Also, I'm not laying any big juice down on them for the rest of the year. Maybe unders today?

the line is rediculous, but regardless of whether theres any value or not, the cubs will end up covering this runline. lilly is absurd at home, and the mets cant hit lefties anyways. pat misch will be starting for the mets, and i can be the one to tell you that hes nothing special. he attended my high school and grew up in the same home town as me, and wasnt much of a hot prospect. granted he did get drafted in the 7th round, his stuff isnt electric. i was at the game at wrigley 2 years back when he pitched against the cubs in relief, and he got out of a jam, but did struggle in the inning. he hasnt done much in the majors, and i cant see him lasting more than 5, 6 innings TOPS today, cubs should win about 7-2
