So my sister is in the process of moving and she came across a bunch of old jewelry that she has gotten over the years. She no longer wears in and wants to sell it. My question is how reliable are these cash for gold deals. Are they legit, do they pay decent for the jewelry or do they basically rip you off.. Just trying to get an idea of whether she should send it to cash for gold, red swan, etc... or should she just hit uup a local pawn shop to sell her stuff.
