I would like set the record straight regarding Skybook and put to rest any rumors of their demise that you may have read or heard about that may have originated at other forums.

First and foremost I assure you Skybook is not going anywhere. In fact Skybook is looking forward to a banner football season, one that will be as player friendly as ever.

Look for better lines that will be available within a much larger wagering menu than Skybook has ever displayed in past years. Skybook will be offering an extensive menu of attractive wagers which is something many of you have asked for over the years...

Deposit and withdrawal options are being increased in both size and speed of delivery. You the player will see more easy to use options in order to make both deposits and withdrawals.

Naturally the famous Skybook Customer Service will still be just an 800 number away. Live Chat will be available 24/7. Emails will be answered in the usual prompt, professional and courteous Skybook manner. Skybook CSD will be as friendly and efficient as ever.

I am in close contact with all levels of Skybook management and know for certain that while Skybook did reorganize their operating model for football it was a reorganization that will create a better and more customer friendly Skybook. One designed to keep pace with the latest innovations in the industry now in the year 2009..

There is absolutely zero chance that Skybook will be closing anytime in the near or even distant future.

Please do not believe any rumors posted by persons who have no way of knowing what Skybook has done to improve itself over this past summer.

Skybook has always been a reliable and to many necessary out for football especially. That will not change except for the better by increasing the options available to Skybook players across the board in all phases of customer relations.

Skybook will not just remain an outstanding out for many of you, it is going to improve on what is already a fine operating model by offering some new and innovative player friendly concepts that they are getting ready to launch for the upcoming football season.

I invite any Rxer with a problem at Skybook to contact me at person19481950@yahoo.com feel free to email me anytime. I have always been here for you going on five years and plan on being here for you for another five.

Skybook is one of the rocks that this forum is built on, a book in which I can call the highest level of management 24/7 if need be. You need not worry if you have a balance at Skybook, in that I am more than certain despite what you may have read who knows where.

Rxers with balances at Skybook, please don't fall for propaganda being spread at other forums. The home of the Free Half Point is only going to get better and more player friendly this football season and beyond..

The ownership and management at Skybook is as good as it gets anywhere, so is their middle management. There is absolutely no need to worry about your balances or for that matter the future of Skybook as it is only going to improve during the days, weeks, months and years ahead..

Thank you for your loyalty as Rxers and remember we are always here to help you in anyway possible if you have any difficulty with any of our sponsors. You don't have to take my word for it if you don't want to, simply sit back and see how outstanding Skybook will be for it's clientele during the upcoming football season and other future seasons beyond the very shortly beginning 2009 football season..

Best of luck to all of you during the upcoming baseball playoffs and the kickoff of both college and pro football seasons.

Thanks for your time, Wilheim...

HOLY COW..............

ARE YOU KIDDING ME WITH THE SHRINK?????

Not more than 45 minutes ago I read on their front page at EOG an article by Weitzner(TheShrink) claiming they had closed their doors.

I Read It @ EOG And Was Stunned

Came here and sent a PM to Wil, rather than fan the flames by posting the Q. As usual OUR Main Man Wil, answered with dispatch & courtesy. To have an owner of a well followed forum such as EOG, to post something like that is a disgrace. Wish Skybook had some sort of legal recourse. Of course his Toady, Mo backs it to the fullest. If Shrink sinks, ha, Mo has to file for unemployment.:>(

Nah, that's an insult to all the vindictive slimebags out there. Not to worry, people like him always get whats coming to them in the end.

That guy has serious mental issues it seems(owner across the street)

BUT

you cannot deny the slow pays going on with them. There are plenty of other books who, if I had to post up I would choose before skybook.

That being said, the guy across the street definetly has some some of vendetta against them, most likely has to do with them owning Therx.

It seems to me that someone out there seems to have an agenda against Skybook for whatever reason. Maybe they had a clerk that was fired as one of their friends.

Other than me saying that my money had disappeared, which reappeared the next day...in full.....I haven't read anything anywhere about anyone complaining about not getting paid, or even getting slow paid. Obviously, one of the first signs of a book going under, is not paying their clients.

To make a statement that a book is closing their shop is a little irresponsible when there is no evidence to support that statement. I'm not worried about my money sitting at Skybook.

My recent experience with them was fustrating though.

I used to run huge balances with them, and they paid large amounts, quickly.

But my most recent cashout, they weren't able to pay me via neteller, they no longer do sportsbook transfers with any other books, and the only option for my 10K cashout was bank wire.

I wasn't that worried about not getting paid, and the customer service was excellent, but it did take over 6 weeks for the 10K to be paid to me.

Nuts,Neteller has been history for a long time now. I received a 2300 bank wire not long ago in under 5 working days. I have had no problems letting 4 or 5k in cash sit at at Sky since around 2004 always been paid as late as early august. To compare them to flash in the pan Lazywager is an insult to sky. Lw didnt last a year b4 they folded and never prooved they could be trusted like sky has for years. any greedy bastard who pimps the rizzo brothers doesnt deserve anyones trust.

There are a few shops i am surprised to see still above water actually, but, Skybook isn't one of them....Don't think i have seen, read or heard any legit 'gripes' about Skybook in a long, long time.

Good to hear things are going well there...Football season is here, so, bound to be a few smear campaigns popping up at various places i guess....Nothing new there.
