in the newer GMAIL I cant figure out how to access certain folders such as "Trash".

All I can see is:

INBOX
STARRED
SENT MAIL
DRAFTS

right under those four are my "LABELS".

I can still get there by simply clicking on "older version" in the top right hand corner of the web page, but does anyone know how to do it in the new site?

Below the labels you should have something that says "X More". Trash is in there.

SS..

Upper left..

Settings > Labels > under system labels you see Trash with the options show or hide > click show.

I think this is what you're talking about?

I got another GMAIL question.

I recently logged into my hotmail which I almost never use, I opened a message, and i could click on the 'DELETE' button on my keyboard to delete my message and it would automatically take me to the next message. I LOVED IT.

Is there any way to set this up with GMAIL?

I did notice in settings that GMAIL has KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS, so I turned them on. The delete button seems to be "#" which is kind of awkward as a delete button.

Nonetheless, im not sure why, but i coudnt get any of the KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS to work? Is it the type of keyboard I have?

Here is there info about keyboard shorcuts:
