Been two years since I played..I started back this week ..I requested payout this morning and have yet to receive a payout . I called and wrote and have heard three different timeframes of the payout, all the times have passed..heard the manager wasn't there to approve it the 4th time..What is the problem?

Your best route to take is to actually call BetJamaica CSD and ask for either Shayla or Herman and they will give you a rundown on all of your options.

They are all well schooled at BetJamaica but Shayla and Herman are the top CSD people and excellent at their jobs.

betjam is one book you dont have to worry about. call them and they will get it solved.

I agree

I have been around a long time and agree BETJam is as safe and as quick as they get in my opinion. Other books used to be like that such as WSEX but you could not pay me to go there anymore, not shilling, just plain facts. Withdrew about 9 months ago and very happy I did. For a shop that never ave bonuses, i must get WSEX bonusses offers every month now and all I hear islsow plays from buddies. Too mnay good books out there and trust me Bet Jam is a class organization , at least right now. In the future who knows about any of them. My $ 0.02.

I agree BetJam has always treated me right. Most the time a problem with a card with them is a problem with the processer not BetJam themselves.

Something seems odd...this is curly's only post, and nothing has been emailed as of yet.....

This is certainly not the norm for Betjam....we'll leave this here for now, and see if he contacts them..

In fact, the post was made, and the poster hasnt been to the forum since it was made....seems odd to ask a question, then leave IMMEDIATELY, at 4:41 est, and not look back in to see an answer...even 5 minutes later...

Ive seen alot of info on here lately about payment methods etc. might be time to tighten that up again with posters like curly around IMO.

the problem was corrected soon after the asisstance was offered, thanks. I am not a scam artist or anything. My child had a seizure at his other dad's house and I have been away since. Sorry guys.

4:15 pm withdrawal processed, as routine as my morning coffee.

used to be 9ish...then 2:15ish...now 4:15ish...eastern standard time. In the whole scope of things, as convenient as you can get in today's industry.
