Love the Cardinals... The pitching is there with Carpenter and Wainwright at the top. Those two are probably the best 1-2 bunch in baseball besides possibly Linececum and Cain over in the Bay. They can dominate a playoff series on their own. Plus, they got the best hitter in the game, and finally got the necessary protection around him to make him unavoidable.
The Phillies are a very solid team, and would set up a nice matchup with the Cards in the LCS but I would give the edge to STL.
