You saw the line. Lincecum against a guy who wasn't playing baseball until a month ago. The line was -140/-135. This is too good to be true.

80% of the betting public loaded up on SFO. You, your mother, your mother's mother, and their siblings, all too SFO.

Now after everyone bet on them, what happened to the line? It got cheaper for the SFO backers. Now you can get them for -120.

This looks like bait people. Reverse movement on the squarest play on the board? Pass.

Lincecum is 2-0 with a 3.55 ERA in five career starts against the Phillies, allowing two runs in 22 innings over the last three. He pitched eight innings against them Aug. 1 in San Francisco, striking out eight in a 2-0 victory.

philly the better team and at home....... starting pitching does not have the power it did years ago. its just about at the point where its give me 5 innings then on to the holders and closers.

I have watched most of Lincecum starts as wife is ga ga over him as is local boy making good.

He has ice in his veins and is unflappable.

I have to bet on him or wife will be upset.....LOL

Damn Mariners passed on him for Brandon Marrow......

Pedro=head case.

I may have mis-read this one.

Showing 52% on PHI on SBROdds and 56% on PHI on Covers.

I can't believe people would be BACKING Martinez in this spot.

Definitely think the Under is the strongest play in this one. Pedro pitching well enough and Linc is a beast.

Thats what I was thinking... It seems like the best option. Both offenses are struggling... The pitching is great with Lincecum, and fairly good with pedro...

Best Option... At least for this game....

I don't know why people think Pedro is pitching well??

Look at his stats this year:

vs. Cubs: 5 innnings giving up 5 er. Result W
vs. Zona: 3 innings giving up 1 er. Result ND
vs. Mets: 6 innings giving up 4 er. Result W
vs. Braves: 2 innings pitched giving up 0 er (didn't he leave early due to rain delay or something?) Result was ND

As you can see, his two wins were because he had big time run support. His era was terrible in those games. Do you think he will get much run support tonight? Doubtful, unless Lincecum is having a really bad night.

The two games he pitched decent in resulted in ND, and he only pitched decent because he didn't get a chance to get knocked around that third time the batting lineup gets to see him. Let Pedro get into the 5th or 6th inning tonight and see what happens. He will get lit up and its time to bring in the Philly shitty bullpen.

Just my thoughts.

Colorado is about to lose, which means the Giants can tie them for the wild card. I think they will now be extra charged up for this game. Tim pitches 8 innings and they win. line is already climbing.

Lincecum pitched eight shutout innings on Friday against the Rockies, winning for the first time since Aug. 1. He struck out eight and allowed just four hits while throwing a season-high 127 pitches.

That's alot of pitches wonder how the arm holds up tonight.(<)<
