So I can tell him how inept and horrible his "live cat" staff is right now.
I just spent 30 mins TRYING to tell this lady on live chat that they had a sccer line open late/ They had it going off at 8pm but it started at 7:30. I kept telling her the line number and teams and that the match had started already and all she kept saying was "the match is subject to change" and "no refunds"
Earlier today I saw another loccer line open late. I contacted live chat...told them about the line and they took it down, thanked me and gave me a freeplay.
9 hours later and I get this nightmare..."nivea" or Nadia something like that...she was clueless.
They never did take the line down....lol
