Knowing you need all 3 games today, I took a $40/$250 parlay for some insurance. SD built that figure up nicely.
The way I see it, if you win all 3 and SF wins, I win by $1. If you get all 3 and Frisco loses, you win. If I didn't play SF and you got all 3, you would win anyway. If you don't get all 3, it's moot anyway. If my math is correct, that is, LOL

Yes..that would have been a good move to hedge a little parlay on that for some guaranteed money.

I am kinda stuck on what I am going to do?????
hard for me to lay huge ML on LA...and on top of that SD not bad dog here...how would you hedge this?

I dont know what i would do, line is too high to try and hedge if you ask me, but i dont have a clue what im doing im just lucky to still be alive, when i bet real money on these games i get crushed, 0-4 today so far.. good luck though whatever you decide to do.

Brewers...hard to believe your not making money with your plays...man you been leading this contest from the get go..that seems to be more than just luck.

I am a very selective spot bettor with maybe only 4-6 games per week(even fewer in sept.) that I actually put money on...and its been a very profitable season...but cant seem to stay in the black when forced to make more 10 plays per week.
so with all that I too think I am very lucky just to be in the final 4...so whatever happens ...its been a fun contest

Yeh, I was busy getting my clock cleaned in colleges yesterday, too. Went down with Okla, LSU, Minn, Ill & Penn St. Manages to cash with Neb & Navy. Foots is my best money maker, too. Luckily I had a good NFL pre season (which I usually dont).

Today was the first time in the contest that I parlayed on my opponent. Lost $40. Not really,tho, as I know that you can't go broke going to the bank. I've even been known to back off the tail end of bigger parlaysand take out my original investment or to guarantee some $. Some of my pals laugh at me and wonder why I would back off of a team that I palyed in the first place. Just different styles, that's all, I guess. Good to see some of you guys do it, too. E-Zer to do it here as we have no $ invested to start.

Ahh, now two more weeks of this. Tougher with the 40 man rosters, alot of trends, etc. will have to be thrown out the window. Now we have to figure out which organizations will be trying to win all the way, which will shut down pitchers innings to save arms for next year or the playoffs, etc.
I should just take 2-3 teams and play them each nite and let the chips fall where they may, more LOL@).

I mean, the bulk of the contest work is done, the difference is only $250 now.......and it's a Bonus Play, not cash, so if you go 50/50 on that it's like $125 or so. Cripes, I'd even settle for a co-championship and a split of the prize money, seriously, LOL.

Good job everone in a long contest. Thanks to Betonline, RX, JOH for a good job (the lines were always up on time and the scoring was surely a task, especially in the beginning).
