Interesting. What do you guys think? They mention up to $3000 wager on "off the board" odds but the article doesn't really clarify it.

A bettor who puts $2 on a three-game parlay could win $11. A bettor who wins a 10-game parlay would win $1,598 on a $2 bet.

short pay on 3 teams, most books pay +600, but the 800-1 on 10 teams is better than most books.

This is not the big win it should have been for the state of DE. Most will take the better odds outside the casino the old fashion way they have been doing it.

Are they offering teasers as well?

Whoa! Whoa wait a second here.You WIN $5.60 on a $2 3-team 6-point teaser?? Is that win or is that return. Do you win $5.60 or $3.60? If it's the former I'm moving to New Jersey.
