It means you must make at least $500 in wagers ($50 x 10 = $500) in order to be eligible to cash out any winnings.
And the $150 max cash out means just that.

its a FREE SHOT so the other money is simply forfeited. One thing you can do is set up your wagers so that you dont win much more than $150 by avoiding taking big ML dogs and the such.
For example, if you bet your $50, $10 at a time until you reach the rollover, it would be highly unlickly and imporbably to get it much higher than $150. Once you are near the rollover completion you can take bigger shots to try to get yourself to the $150 level if you are bellow it.
