Cliff Lee is overrated? :WTF:The guy's ERA is just a little over 3...he has 13 wins and played majority of the season with one of the worst teams in mlb

Philly is at home, and Wash is terrible on the road.

GL, but I really doubt there will be an upset.

how do the runlines work? I don't really do anything but parlays on the o/u and pitcher...

It's just the same as a spread. If you take a team -1.5, then they must win by two for your bet to win. If +1.5, then your team must either win outright or lose by 1 in order for your bet to pay. The juice is adjusted accordingly.
