I know, I know............Wacky question.........But doesn't it seem that some time ago, those customers who go inside, would be priority and waited on before those in the drive-thru?

Somewhere along the line that has changed as every fast-food restaurant I go into now, it seems the customers inside have to wait longer as they cater to the drive-thru customers first.

I'd imagine the customers who actually come inside would get served first, or at least common sense tells me that. I have no clue though, never worked in fastfood.

When I worked fast food many many moons ago as a teen the guy who was head of the store always had his stop watch out for drive thru times. It's like all he cared about when it came to service. How fast are the drive thru times.
